If you’ve ever longed for a Midwestern-style pork tenderloin sandwich as big as your face, The Mighty Rib has found one at Brood & Barley. “The visually comical meat-to-bun ratio will make you do a double-take, but I promise that the taste is no joke,” he writes in the September edition of Cornucopia, which also includes trips to Salem Dairy Bar in Benton, Stroud’s Diner in Mayflower and his top 10 biscuits in Central Arkansas.
