Count Lifehouse among the bands committed to play Riverfest in Little Rock and North Little Rock along the Arkansas River this Memorial Day weekend. Riverfest officials confirmed Lifehouse, as well as Morris Day and the Time (which we announced last week on this blog), and the full lineup of headliners is looking more impressive by the day.

Los Angeles-based Lifehouse has seen its newest single, “You and Me,” total more than 1 million downloads while staying a dozen weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Also, DeAnna Shannon, the executive director of Riverfest, says the advance ticket sales of the $7.50 weekend pass will start Wednesday at all Harvest Foods stores and on the event website at www.riverfestarkansas.com.

Other new additions to the May 26-28 lineup are Rebecca Lynn Howard, the Lee Boys, Eliot Morris, Zac Brown Band, NEEDTOBREATHE and the Watoto Children’s Choir.
