Attorney general office shuts down discussion of pre-rolls and advertising
After approving several ownership changes, the state Medical Marijuana Commission attempted to discuss restrictions on pre-rolls and advertising but the commission’s counsel from the attorney general’s office said Attorney General Tim Griffin believed the commission did not have the authority to consider the issues.
